I'm almost hesitant to write this review, as I would love this place to stay my secret--but WOW!! what a great stay!! We stayed in cabin 5 for two nights after a few nights of kayaking/camping, and it was the perfect end to our time up north island. I wish I'd known about this place on previous trips up there! Cabin 5 is their newest cabin, and is absolutely WONDERFUL. Clean, great design, gas fireplace, kitchen with everything you need (except scissors!), BBQ, a SUPER comfy bed and great shower. The front porch has a little table, chair and two adirondack style chairs, and you can gaze out across the immaculate lawn and out onto a river view of the strait. STUNNING. We could have stayed for weeks. Only issue we had was the when cooking any meat in a frying pan on the stove, there is naturally no ventilation and we set the smoke alarm off pretty reliably (and I promise we are not terrible cooks! lol). If youre not frying/cooking meat on the stove itself, you should have no problem--maybe stick to the BBQ. Otherwise, was a dream of a stay and we are already planning our return. ||||Also, I cant leave a review without mentioning Lisa, would is FAB. SO so helpful, kind, and could not do enough to make our stay...

We can't say enough good things about our stay at Cedar Park. We amended our dates twice with no problem. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a bigger cabin. From the outside, most of the cabins look dated but the interior of #5 has been fully updated. It is bright and new with all modern conveniences. The walk in rainfall shower with lucious toiletries and thick towels is a treat. The kitchen has real butcher block counters and bar with two stools, and everything needed to prepare meals. The ocean facing deck has muskoka style chairs and small cafe set. The gas fire keeps the whole space cozy. There is great open shelving and hooks for our stuff. The TV package is more than enough (rather look out the window). It is so peaceful. We would love to be here on a warm...

Cedar Park Resort provided us with one of the best stays. We stayed in the recently built Cabin #5, which was an absolute gem. The cabin was super cute with a charming and cozy interior design, fantastic view to the ocean, and was spotlessly clean.

The host at Cedar Park Resort was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it for an extra night. The serenity and tranquility of this cabin provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

We would highly recommend Cedar Park Resort and we will...

We spent 5 nights at the Cedar Park Resort in May, and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The view, to start with, is stunning. Beyond that, though, the property is immaculate, it's very dog-friendly, and the location is great for exploring the area. We spent a lot of time with park owner, Lisa, and her 8-month-old border collie, Benson, much it around our campfire in the evenings. By the time we left, we felt that we’d gained a friend (as had our dogs Bella and Tucker), and we hope to be back. At $33 a night it was the best value of any RV park we stayed at during our 4 weeks on Vancouver Island.

Stayed for one night at the RV park. Super clean and well kept. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The view is spectacular! The sites are in a big circle (one side water view, one side not), so every site was easy to back in to with any size of RV. This was probably the quietest RV Parks I've ever stayed at; I suspect there are quite a few residents or people who store their RVs there, since we only saw one other couple and otherwise the place was empty. Looked like the water view spots were mainly for visitors. Just ten minutes down a good gravel road to Port McNeill, so it was easy to pop into town.
