I really want this place to succeed, and we will keep coming to help try to keep it afloat. However, despite all the marketing and publicity on the grand re-opening, the hill has little more to offer. The kitchen area is a bit more open, sure. But it’s the same pricey mediocre food as before, like crazily ā€œdustedā€ fries in the ā€œpoutineā€. (I’m a purist) There are TVs now. Not sure if that’s good... I don’t think it is. Wifi seems to be worse than before, as if only 10 people are allowed to be connected at a time. I was hoping they’d have improved tghis, so I could take the kids during my ā€˜work from home’ days. Keep trying, people - you can do it.

What a fantastic recreational resort. It is well set-up offering an Okanogan ski experience, except it is operated and staffed by very friendly Cariboo folk. There were visitors there from Whistler staying in the cabin next door. That says it all! It wasn’t their first visit either. I almost don't want to share and just keep it our little secret, but we met the owner today. He was fantastic and deserves the accolades. He has only just started. I can't wait to see what he and his team accomplish over the summer.

Just got back from a weekend trip to Mt Timothy. We rented 3 cabins and had a great time. The cabins, the lunch at the Yeti cafe, the staff, especially the GM and the owners; the fire pits everywhere, with loads of firewood; groomed runs, the mountain!!!! Lots of runs for every skill level. So much more..we’ll probably see you again in March. 😊

First off the skiing was great! The staff working at the hill and the grounds keeper was amazing! But I would like to talk about my experience with the General Manager who hung up on me after I complained about not having heat in a cabin which I rented with my partner for the weekend, I called back and she hung up again. On Friday February 10th, 2023 my partner and I arrived late to a cold cabin from Lillooet. We went straight to bed and didn't think anything of it. The next morning the cabin was still chilly, but we made breakfast and used the heat from the toaster oven to warm the cabin. We double checked the circuit breaker to make sure nothing had blown. Everything was in working order but the heat was intermittent. That night we did not have heat, we even walked over to the grounds keepers cabin who came over and confirmed something was wrong with our heater as he spent over an hour in our cabin to confirm the heat was not working. He generously donated his own space heater to warm our cabin. I am writing this because of the treatment following the phone call with the GM, I've never been hung up repeatedly by a manager of anything, nor a business which I spent 200$ a night to stay in. She also said the heater was working fine following and that the cabin was hot after we left. Maybe it was but I can confirm and your grounds keeper can confirm that there was a problem and recently the electrical may have been impacted. He also mentioned that the cabin is not running on enough power to properly heat and run appliances in the cabin. I have worked in remote camps, cabins and locations all over the world, I am knowledgeable, the heat was not working nor was there enough electricity running into the cabin. I hope this at least helps guide or change how customers are treated by the General Manager in the future. Kindest Regards...

What an absolute gem, in a province with so many great choices to ski. We stayed in one of the new cabins that isn't slope side...it's literally on the run. Very compact, functional and a nice spot to chill while leaving the outside world, outside (No cell or internet). The skiing was great, even though the snow base was under 100cm. The grooming is outstanding and skiing Thursday & Friday we had the mountain almost to ourselves. If you can hit Thursday after an early week powder dump it would be EPIC! The one fixed grip chair provides a lot of great terrain and two different boot hikes adds even more. Food was very good and the staff were all so welcoming and glad we could enjoy their little piece of skiing paradise. Look forward to leaving my big resort again and enjoying skiing the way...
