It was an honour to have met Phyllis. The act of preserving and sharing that beautiful land she keeps is a gift to everyone. ||||It was wonderful to learn that there is a place in the Penticton area where you can go to really connect with nature.||||The breakfast Phyllis made for us was hearty, delicious and very healthy. The granola was divine. I'm kicking myself for forgetting to ask for the recipe. ||||There are tons of activities in all the neighbouring communities, wineries, beaches, etc.. but we ended up wanting to stay put to just immerse ourselves in the tranquility of the beautiful valley. We enjoyed having lunch by the water and swimming in the lake, or going for a walk along one of the many trails. ||||The lake is stunning. I highly recommend bringing a paddle board or kayak and exploring. I wish we had stayed longer. ||||Upon arrival we greeted with great hospitality by the owner, Phyllis, and given a tour before seeing our very clean and comfortable room with our own spacious bathroom. We spent the day exploring as many of the trails as we could. What an amazing location! So peaceful, yet minutes from town. We awoke to the most amazing view of the lake out our bedroom window followed by a delicious and healthy breakfast. We loved our stay as every minute was peaceful and very cozy.
