The last 2 miles to the campground are a dirt road. Sedans can make it but may hit bottom if the ruts are driven incorrectly. SUV's, and trucks will easily make it. Cost of a site per night is 18 Canadian as of 8/23. The campsites are laid out nicely, giving each site the room to park, cook, and set up tents in a comfortable fashion. Their are two vault toilets and a hand pump for potable water. The "put in" to the lake is a simple gravel road to the lake, lined by large boulders. Signs explain history and other information and express the need for heeding safety protocol due to grizzly bears that live in the area. Grizzlies have been seen passing through the campground...
