Chalet 44 — Hotel in Beaubassin East

We rent the place a year ago, and we tried calling him multiple times in the last month to have some clarification about our arrival, but he never called back or answered. The day before our arrival (note here that we are already 12 hour away from home) he finally came back to us to tell us we couldn't stay there because the place was damaged. But we went anyway to see how it was looking and what we were missing out... well there was a car parked there that was learly not a repairman... I recommend you to never take your business to this person if you don't want to be stuck 12 hours away from home without any place to go. Very disapointed with my experience. Edit: you told us the place was damaged by rain before you even knew we would be 5, plus we were ready to accept any fees related to this. We also brought a bedroll with us to not use any furniture as a bed. We tried contacting you back in july to talk to you about the whole 5 people deal. But as I stated earlier you never answer to our calls and emails. The "damaged by rain" thing would have been fine if it would have been true, but sadly it was clearly not. We had an amazing experience at our recent visit to Chalet 44. Stunning views of the ocean you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises along with the oceans breeze. What a delightful spot right on the water. However, the rock wall does mean you have to walk a very short distance to swim. The owners were above and beyond, making our stay very memorable by ensuring we knew the local gems and also having a very nicely equipped kitchen. The beds are comfy and the sheets and bathroom is spotless. The most magical place though? On the daybed in the porch, watching the rain roll in.
