DO NOT RECOMMEND Made an online reservation for 3 hour spa access and 1 hour massage. This reservation was made and cancelled within 24 hours as I chose the wrong date. I called the establishment to get a refund as they charge you full cost upon reservation online. Once I finally spoke to someone I was told there is a strict cancellation policy. Upon making the reservation it said nowhere about cancellation or refund policies explaining that . Not even in email confirmation or on my online bill. I didn’t really care for the refund , I really wanted to change the date. I called numerous times and no answer, it is very difficult to get in contact with staff. I ended up leaving a message and a few days later someone called me back . I was then told they have to speak to owner to see if I can reschedule. This whole process took a week of back and forth to find a solution as they did not want to reimburse me and were not sure if they could reschedule my reservation. I made and canceled my July 29th reservation on July 16th almost two weeks notice ! Finally they agreed on rescheduling my reservation for 3 hour spa access and 1 hour massage for September. I arrive at the spa and nobody is there ?! The door is locked . I try calling twice and no answer so I leave a message. I decided to wait 30 minutes, I head back to the front entrance after some time and see a man getting out of the hot tub , he sees me . I explain I have a reservation and he is quite surprised about that and says he is doing maintenance work this morning?! He then kindly comes to greet me unlocks the front door and is trying to find my reservation on his phone and cannot locate my name or reservation. I show him my info from my reservation, he then finds my name but no reservation for this date or time . He offers to accommodate me and set me up but cannot guarantee massage and it would cost me an additional 60$ and 60$ is a good price for a massage . I already paid 120$ for my massage why should I pay additional 60$ . I said this was not the agreement, he explained the cancellation policy again and I explained that this was all settled back in July with him and his employee. I felt uncomfortable under these conditions and decided to go home and forfeit my 275$ this is not the way to do business or treat your customers. Very disappointed.
In response to the owners comments… SHAME ON YOU!! For saying a solution could not be made . A solution was made with your employee in July , my rescheduling was September 5th at 10 am which included 3 hour access and a 60 min massage. This was not respected! I drove 45 minutes, the door was locked , no staff was present, I called twice , no answer , left a message. I waited 30 minutes, to find a man coming out of hot tub , saying this morning was maintenance time . Nobody was expecting me , my name was not on the schedule for this specific day and time like it was supposed to be. There was no masseuse on site and I was asked to pay an additional 60$ if one was available to come last minute. I was not going to stay under these undesirable circumstances, this is not what I paid for or what was agreed to . Clients have the right to reschedule appointments within a reasonable and respectful timeframe, which I did , I gave a 2week notice . I did not cancel I rescheduled. You have no respect for your business or your clients.The right thing to do would be to reimburse me for all this trouble. However I was told this was not possible. I got cheated (screwed) ! Read moreNot sure where to start..... BEWARE..... This was horrible experience. I booked with Marc the owner paid 1,610 for 2 nights with massage and reflexology included was breakfast and dinner. After speaking with Marc I was excited to get away from a very stressful few months, I was told this was a luxury spa and was looking forward to this experience. When I arrived no one around, I thought I was in the wrong place as the Villa is attached to an old falling down house with renters living in it, the villa is directly off the main road, it was shared accomodations for 400 plus tax a night. The blinds in the bathroom and bedroom do not work, so when you are using the bathroom or taking a shower the renters can see you full on. The breakfast was delivered by Marc from grocery store in a grocery bag, dinner was from sushi restaurant left in the bag. Marc the owner made significant amount of money from the massage/reflexology, I could have called myself to book. I feel scammed and I am still processing my upset. I feel Marc only cares about money and is not honest. I stumbled across his ad on Instagram which claims he has a luxury Hotel, luxury Villas and this is far from the truth. Please see photos, I will try to upload my video. I never write a review, but I feel others need to know as I wasted huge amount of money and 16 hours of driving only to feel like I was taking advantage of. This was NOT a relaxing gettaway.
Marc the owner, this is regarding your response to my review. please see attached screen shots showing our conversations and you providing the access code to the Villa. To say that my review is fradulent, goes to show all you care about is money and not people's experience. I am glad that you changed your Instagram video as it stated when I booked you had a luxury hotel and villas.
Changing your phone number at the bottom of your response to my review is very disrespectful, I will show the pervious response with your orginal phone number that matches your text messages to me. It is really sad that you play games like this, you are dealing with people that do not deserve this.

Read moreWe booked with a group of 9 for a 40th birthday. Very beautiful place with friendly staff and has so much potential. Where it falls short: Lack of privacy: the change room/locker/ shower room is a communal area to be shared with both men and woman. I had a lovely massage, however it was no in a privacy setting. It was held in the main building where other guest walk through to access different parts of the facility. I would recommend at a minimum a privacy wall. However no relaxing when guest are walking in and out of the building right beside you. Very dark: the change rooms/locker rooms downstairs is very dark. I understand having a certain level of ambiance… but I had to use my cellphone light to see what I was doing. We also left at night, and there are no lights to light the path back to the parking lot, and the parking lot also has no lights. We once again had to use our cellphone lights to return to the parking and find our cars. Facilities: I would recommend turning the heat up in the pool in the falls season, as we were a larger group and the hot tub was extremely small. I would have been nice to have all been able to sit comfortably in a heated pool and enjoy our surrounding. I would also recommend they install an outdoor shower that provides warm water, to rinse off the mud from the clay mud area. Food: We wanted to enjoy a meal, and opted to order from their menu. We ordered what we were told was the gourmet pizza, however it was nowhere near that. We paid 33$ each for 2 very small thin slices of pizza. For 9 of us, totalling over 200$… extremely over priced and very unimpressed with this service. We could have ordered ourselves and pay a very small fraction of that and receive a better meal. Yoga: this was an amazing experience. It was dark out with all the beautiful lights from the falls… it made for a very cool and relaxing experience. We were asked to provide a very honest review of our experience, and this is the best I could do. It’s a beautiful place with so much potential, unfortunately it falls short...
