Belle View Manor Inn — Hotel in Harbour Grace

My husband and I stayed here for one night in August on our way back to St. John's. What a lovely place. It's a beautiful old home. We stayed in the Bennett room which had a king bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The homemade blueberry pancakes were so good. The china they used was the same pattern my mother had when I was a little girl. Warmed my heart. My husband left behind a souvenir T-shirt in our room. Doris was kind enough to message us about it and mailed it to our home at no charge even though we offered to pay for postage. What they say about how friendly and nice the people are in Newfoundland is true!! I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed. Thank you so much Belle View Manor for making the last leg of our trip across...

Together with another couple, we stayed at Belle View Manor Inn the last weekend of July. Its a beautiful old building built in 1879(?) with much of the original architecture in place. The rooms were very comfortable. Marlena and Dzmitry were amazing hosts. Marlena could not do enough for us to ensure our stay was enjoyable. She also setup a table for us so that we could play cards comfortably in the old living room parlor. Because of the potential for rain overnight, she offered for us to store our motorcycles in her garage.

She has a long history with the premises and we enjoyed her stories.

Breakfast in the morning was super delicious, with both hot and continental options.

We look forward to staying...

My Son and Daughter-in-law had their wedding ceremony and reception there on August 22, 2023. Everything was done to perfection from the beautiful grounds outside, the amazing interior, the meals and of course the staff who could not do enough for you. The weather was not cooperating, but that didn't stop for the makings of a beautiful wedding. Many thanks to the owner Marlena and her staff for such a beautiful and clean venue. You can certainly see their pride and passion for their willingness to please. A job well done....
