So, we have been camping at Silent Lake for the last 24 years on Canada Day weekend. Most times we camp in Granite Ridge. But I missed booking by less than a day and our regular sites were gone. So, Pincer Bay. I and all of the other folks that stay on four other sites were debating whether or not these sites at Pincer Bay were better than Granite Ridge. No electricity in this section and it was the maiden voyage for our new trailer of which the a/c would have been nice, but it just proved out that my trailer sans a/c and working off the battery was just fine and the sites and the area was awesome. Perhaps less traffic in Pincer Bay mean cleaner washrooms, not sure but they were definitely in better shape. Still love Granite Ridge, but loved our stay...

It was our first time booking a walk in site and we loved the experience. It's about a 5 minute walk from the parking lot. You cross over a small bridge then walk up a bit of a hill.
