Camping des étoiles — Hotel in Hope Town

As business owners ourselves we managed this year to have a week holidays and because of the covid it was hard to know what to do or where to go. we ended up finding this beautiful place and the owners made us feel like being home and thank you for that. every night the owner would have a fire on the beach and great conversation , as for the camp ground it was the best holiday for us that we have had, sunsets was beautiful and the moon lit the sky at night , it was the first week of Sept and it was the first time the we parked the trailer and stayed in one place for the week. A big thank you to the owners and their son for everything and we will for sure see you again this coming year sorry it took so long for us to leave this review . Everything was clean in the showers and washrooms and laundry was the best yet . Now from our family to yours We would wish you A very Merry Christmas and a Happy and healthy New Year. We had such a lovely visit! The owners were so friendly and pleasant to communicate with us in English. The campground sites were large, and the bathrooms very clean. It's so family friendly with the nice pool, family games located throughout the park (corn hole) etc. , a really nice playground, and a lovely section of beach to relax by and enjoy the views. To add to it, they have a nice canteen where you can order take out food. The owners also have available for sale their own organic maple syrup. Such a pleasant experience overall. I highly recommend this...

This is a touch rating. The campground views were great. The staff was great. The size of the sites were generous and you did not offend your neighbor because you were so close.

My only issue is with the shower/bath house. I felt they could have been cleaner and the stalls were for small people. If you sat on the toilet you had to sit sideways because your knees were in the wall. Also, there are a lot of full timers at this campground which is fine. Not a lot to see in the local area.
