If zero stars was an option thats what I would rate this place. They are the most expensive RV Park around and the place is an absolute DUMP! Wifi included is a lie. It doesnt reach the pad sites and they don’t give out the password anyways. Amenities are a joke. From the laundry room being down 2/4 machines at $5/load, to BOTH Pop Machines being OUT OF SERVICE, and the general piss poor attitude of the ‘Staff’ I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! I was there a month and during that month the power was shut down at the park, for the entire day, 3-4 times. Due to ‘maintenance’. They turn the water off EVERY night by Midnight until approx 6am (they say they only do it from 2-4am but thats a lie) I received threatening messages of being evicted, approx 4 times via text from different numbers, claiming to be staff of the Park and ‘directors of the park society’ and accusations instead of being asked. Things I was not even responsible for with the exception of having left my exterior light on all night, which I wasnt even aware was against their rules. I made a point of walking through the park grounds the following night and taking pics of 13 other units who had their lights on noting that 80% of the sites had even brighter lights than I had. I felt absolutely harassed the whole time I was there. The lack of professionalism was appalling to say the least. The lady who checked me in initially was NEVER there and never returned calls or messages. The location seems beautiful until the smell of rotting fish consumes you. Coming in through the vents from outside when the furnace would kick in. I thought the location would be perfect because I have 2 dogs but I couldn’t even take them down to the beach area to run around freely because for some reason this spot has not just fish washed up on the shore but huge piles of fish, that have not naturally washed up on shore, but used as some sort of dumping spot. It was absolutely putrid. There is no store conveniently close by if you run out of anything. If i is after 7pm you have to drive all the way to Agassiz which is approx 20 mins. I was told by other guests that the lady who ‘manages’ the place was asking him questions about me, she told other guests I was evicted and that was a complete lie. They have an overflow parking lot that they charge $150/month extra to use, even if its just to park a car. Ridiculous, considering they have NO SECURITY for the lot. During the month I was there, my trailer was broken into TWICE and another guest had his brand new Side By Side including the on the custom trailer it was on, stolen, 2 Jet Skies were also stolen in the middle of the night. Every RV parked there had been broken into and ransacked. This place is a complete joke and the only good thing about it is that its so far out of the way that you dont have to even look at this eyesore it is unless you purposely make a...

Not Sure where to start ! Me and the wife lived here for 6 months in our trailer. First started off out in the overflow parking area using our generator for power. Very beautiful area don’t get me wrong ! Our first incident in this park was when the park attendant ( Cindy) racially profiled A Filipino family that was renting 6-8 tent camping lots in the park about one year ago today. There was a large disturbance caused over that by the Filipino family. A day later the park owner tried their best to sweep it under the rug by even going to the lengths of paying us two weeks free rent to not say anything. Two months later we moved into the park with full power water and sewer hook up ! That’s when we found out the wiring in the park for the power had problems. The breakers are 30 A but doesn’t have sufficient power supply to it ! ||Our trailer kept tripping the breaker from using our Air conditioner. But wouldn’t trip on my 25 amp generator 3500 watt. When you call the owner to come fix the problem he simply shrugs his shoulders and says it’s your problem, must be your trailer ! They left us in the dark for days not answering our messages about the issues. Took two weeks to get our power back in 30+ degree temperature with a dog ! As long as the queen in her mansion is happy and the troll in the shed is drunk. Nobody else matters. CINDY is not a people person but yet her main job is customer service. Cindy has caused a lot of problems in the park, even if you don’t cause one she will make one happen. If she would have stuck to her janitorial duties - cleaning toilets, showers etc etc The park would be much more friendlier !||(ELL IS THE BEST) she’s friendly and totally down to earth ! ||The owners Leah and wentworth seem to care less about how the park operates and...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We paid for a site for our RV trailer and a tent for 3 days, at first it was my fault because I didn't read the little tiny letters where it stated "not refundable". Then I tried to pass this to someone else because we couldn't go, I had 5 people interested in taking our spot (for less money of course) which was good so we weren't going to lose all our money. I called the campsite to let them know, and someone said "don't make any effort on selling because the river is very high we are going to evacuate and you will get all your money back" so I cancelled on the other people. A few days passed and I didn't received my money back or any confirmation, I called the same person said "we are not evacuating so your spot will be ready for you" I told her again we can't go and she raised her voice saying " I'm not giving you the money back ok?" I was very upset because, ok I got it, it's not refundable but I have people ready for taking my spot. And she made me cancel and now I had to go back to square one. I found another family (last minute) interested on going, I called to make the changes on the reservation now the message is " The common bathrooms are not available just RV with own bathrooms not tents" This is ridiculous. So it's not refundable first, no help with the transfer even though when we paid for the site she requested to paid ASAP because a lot of people were interested on booking I have a waiting list ( why they didn't help us calling the waiting list to take our spot, I called almost 8 days prior to the booking), then the lying on the evacuation, then there are no tents allow... Are you kidding me? what campsite has no bathrooms available ? So in the end they kept all my money! very...

Easy to book. Office person was really friendly. The waterfront part looks nice, I was the row back from the water. Wish they would plant some trees in this area as it’s just a big open area, very bare. Was told waterfront views were not available but for the 2 nights I was there I could see least 3-4 spaces available (not a big deal, just would of been nice to have). Kids playground has seen better days. Super basic. Tons of bald eagles!

The staff were extremely friendly and polite from the initial booking by phone, to arrival and checkin, during the stay and on departure. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The location is beautiful, quiet and has great views. This was our first time here but we will be back!

Family friendly park with water access and dock for kids to play and swim. We had great support from staff aka " L " and overall enjoyed our stay. I would recommend getting a spot close to the dock on the water side thats the ticket.
