Stunning! About 10 minutes away from Mont Blanc. 20 mins away from a Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and IGA in Mont Tremblant. We rented dome 6 near the end of February 2024. Facilities were amazing. Everything you could want. There is no parking next to your facilities during the winter months, but it is only a short walk, and they provide sleds and/or wagons to pull your gear in. Fully equipped kitchen with a gas range but no oven. Single sink. Ample cupboard space. Utensils and cooking gear all provided. There was no coffee maker in our dome, only a bodum pour over. They provided some whole coffee beans, a hand grinder, and filters. We used our own coffee and made a few enjoyable cups of coffee. However I did waste a few filters by over filling the filter with water, and stirring the grinds with a spoon which broke the filter, and I had to start the process all over. That is just a personal mistake, but if you are not familiar with pour over coffee in a big glass pot you may want to consider bringing your own supplies. They provided a lovey goose neck kettle for boiling water which was nice.Hot tub was clean. Bed was soooo comfy. Room was outfitted with a Nebula projector and a pull down screen attached to the loft. There were HDMI to USB-C and lightning adapters to stream from your mobile device. We loved the Nebula projector so much we bought one on Amazon the day we drove home. Snow shoeing trails exceeded expectations. Very quiet atmosphere. The domes are positioned in such a way that they offer a lot of privacy while on the deck or hot tub. The temperature got down to -20c both nights we stayed there and the gas fire place and electric suitcase heater mounted in the loft above the king size bed kept the dome at a very comfortable temperature. There was some condensation on the windows in the morning to deal with, but opening the windows briefly seemed to help clear it up quickly. Great stay....
Read moreWe went there with my boyfriend for a week-end next to Mont tremblant. The place was nice but the communication was pretty bad with the owners . We asked them if it was possible to get the American breakfast paying the extra dollars of course on sunday and their answer was; Yes at 8h30 am, no choice, for a sunday that was a pitty. The owner was not flexible at all and apparently we were the first one to ask for an American breaskfast to be served a bit after 8h30 am on a sunday which is quite suprising! So we had a continental breakfast with what? Pieces of fruit, a mini muffins and industrial yogurts, luckily enough we had brought some extra cookies that the couple next to us took straight away from us. We asked for some bread and the owner came back with some tiny industrial croissants, we were disapointed. It is a shame because we wont go...
Read moreWe stayed at L'Evasion for a night for a quick weekend getaway to Mont Tremblant and were absolutely impressed with our hosts, Lionel and Manon. From the beginning they were very welcoming and found a lovely room just right for us. Lionel gave us great directions and advice, we even managed to do a bit of snowshoeing along the paths he made through the woods.||The meals were delicious, the breakfast was hearty, just perfect before an active day on the nearby slopes of Mont Tremblant.||We definitely had a great time with Lionel and Manon, interesting dinner conversations with them and the other guests and were left with a feeling of a home away from home. We'd highly recommend their place...
