Niagara Parkway Riverview Inn — Hotel in Niagara Falls

The location is nice and the rooms are OK for the price. However, the service is sub-par. I was given the wrong door code so couldn't get in my room when I first arrived. The maintenance/cleaning staff are good people and helped me get into the room, even though there was a language barrier. The first night was cold outside, so i froze under the thin comforter; didn't pack warm gear for a summer stay. the next nights were too hot because the A/C (the reason i chose to stay at this place) does not work. couldn't contact the owner, manager, or anyone that could help fix it, so just ended up leaving. the wifi worked, but cell reception is terrible. this should be advertised on their website, as most people would expect decent cell reception in niagara...

Booked through AirBnB last minute. Accommodated with a room that very evening followed by my actual room the morning after - even moved all of my stuff over (just across the parking lot, but still, much appreciated due to medical Conditions that prevent mobility a lot of the time). Absolutely wonderful people managing the property. The plan was initially just a month/myh&1/2, now booked until January & plan beyond. Thank-you SO very much team.

PS, download the Google Translate app as the staff is all Ukrainian & speaking/writing through the app is easiest for all.

Того самого вечора я поселився в кімнаті, а наступного ранку – у своїй справжній кімнаті – навіть перевіз усі свої речі (просто через автостоянку, але все одно дуже вдячний через медичне Умови, які перешкоджають мобільності багато часу). Абсолютно чудові люди, які керують майном. Спочатку план був лише на місяць/myh&1/2, тепер заброньовано до січня та планується й далі. Дуже дякую команді.
