Highly recommended! My teen daughter and I (and our cat!) spent a long weekend in one of the (not so) small cabins, and we had a wonderful stay! We were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the living quarters, and the kitchen was extremely well-stocked with cooking and baking supplies (bring your groceries!). The private beach was a wonderful bonus and we met some nice people there. It was also easy to find a time to have the beach all to ourselves, which was a treat! This was an ideal spot for a quiet nature getaway, and it's just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Me and my family stayed here for 3 nights over the long weekend. We had the best time ever! It was much easier and efficient than camping for me and the kids loved exploring the beautiful nature too! The rooms were clean, the beds were in well kept conditions and the showers/ washrooms were all sanitized and sparkling. I would definitely recommend this to everyone! Make sure to stay for a couple of night because one night just doesn’t do this place justice!

We had the most amazing week at Camp Capital!! It’s a beautiful place with so much history! The water is lovely for swimming and fishing. There are trails to walk and lots of nature. My dog had the best time!! We even saw deer in the mornings. The camp is a perfect commute from the city! A wonderful piece of paradise!!!

Camp capital is a great place to go and relax and just immerse yourself into the nature and wilderness. Then owners were the best and the views were amazing! We had so much fun and the best time ever! I would definitely tell everyone to come here time and time again just like me and my family. It’s especially super fun when you have lots of family and friends to experience it with!...
