Motel au Soleil Couchant — Hotel in Rimouski

We stayed in this motel for one night and it was ok. The owners were friendly, the rooms tiny but clean. We did not have any problems with the Wifi and could easily use it. There was even a special bathtub that had massage jets in our bathroom :) The noise of the road did not really bug us even though our window was open all night long. There was also an aircon an a fan to keep the room cold. It is definitely ok to stay there for a few nights. ||The Chinese just op the road on the crossroads is quite nice and very cheap, give it a try. On our Gaspé round trip we stayed in the motel for three nights. The room was very small, but clean. The furniture looked quite used. Just a small part of the window could be opened. Therefore it became very sticky without having the air conditioning on while sleeping.||Rimouski's sights are very close to the Motel au Soleil Couchant. Great check in staff at this small but clean room motel. A fridge & coffee maker are there and the bed was comfy. Good place for an overnight stay while travelling. WiFi did not work even though the clerk tried in vain. Bathroom with stand up shower was so small your legs interact with vanity when on the toilet. Restaurants seemed a bit of a distance.
