Domaine Floribell — Hotel in Saint-Élie-de-Caxton

We visited the area because of Fred Pellerin's show. We were curious to see the village of Saint-Elie de Caxton and Shawinigan by the same occasion. We found Floribell on the internet and our first impression was very good when an employee contacted me to arrange for us and our friends to be in adjacent rooms. We found the site beautiful on Lac Bell. All rooms faced the Lake and the sunset was great yesterday. Our rooms were more than rooms with a complete kitchenette and a fireplace. Everything seemed new and was very clean. At the reception there was a nice room with a flat tv, sofas, a computer and magazines for the customers' use. We were outside the village but only 4 kilometers from it. We ordered pizza from Saint-Élie Marché Samson and had a nice dinner in our unit. Please note that they serve some meals at Floribell but only from Thursday night. Breakfasts are served on weekends. It is a place I recommend and even more if you have children. The beach and water are inviting, they have pedalos etc. Importantly the price is right at $110 plus taxes by night for a Queen...

Went here to relax and it was worth it! Huge rooms condo style with fireplace full kitchen with dinig room and separate bedroom. Nicely decorated and comfortable. There is a small lake directly accessible from thé property a few feet away from the rooms. There is a trail you can walk around the lake with possibility of seeing a deer! There is a huge living area beside front desk with games sofas and a fireplace. The restaurant serves amazing food of 4 star plus quality and the staff is very friendly. Première fois au camping Floribel. La plage était super agréable mais que dire de la roulotte qu on a loué... on a payé un prix de fou pour une roulotte degueulasse même pas nettoyer comme du monde.. les sanitaires de la roulotte n ont pa été vider car la toilette à boucher en fin de soirée, de plus ça senter l'humidité et les égouts par la suite. Il n'y avait meme pas de clé pour barrer la roulotte on a du mettre nos effets personnels avec nous ou enbarrer dans l auto..toilettes publics degueulasse y avait même plus de savon pour se laver les mains et plus de papiers toilette.. que dire du service à l accueil mon conjoint c fait parler bête.. On était venu à l'avance mais on ne savais pas qu il fallait pa venir avant 14h elle ne lui a même pas donner le plan du site alors quil l'avait demander... on était venu rendre visite à des amis qui ont réservé la roulotte. On a décidé de dormir et on nous a même pas remboursé le bracelet de visite ou payé la différence pour le bracelet d'une nuit... Les roulotte était vraiment trop rapprocher.. je ne sais pas si tt les camping a roulotte sont demême mais j'ai trouvé ça ben trop proche des un des autres . Enfin première expérience en location de roulotte et la dernière. Je ne vous recommande pas cette place... mis à part pour la plage et la bonne...
