Our room exceeded our expectations and we're already planning our return. As we are still being covid-cautious, we were really pleased by how well equipped the kitchen was, and we enjoyed most of meals in front of the fireplace. In October, it was really quiet. No hall noise at all. Great bathrobes, which would be a real treat after a day of skiing. Nice perk. Front desk staff were friendly and really helpful. Parking was outside and across the road, but not an issue at this time of year. We prefer that to the $50 daily valet parking usually forced on us in Toronto. The area is beautiful, lots of pretty towns. The photos are from our room.

THIS IS NOT A RESORT. It is a small apartment style hotel. The rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable and spacious. Service? Well, the desk clerk is very friendly, and the only one here. The marina is closed. There is no restaurant. We never found the horseback riding. The nearby golf course has been closed a long time and is completely gone back to nature. If you don't have your own boat, there is nothing to do but sit on the terrace or enjoy the hot tub.

This hotel is very nice looking, as it is 18months old. The look is rustic modern and gives onto the marina in St Marguerite. There are only a few parking spots in front of the hotel. If those are taken, you will need to park in the municipal parking 3-5 minutes walk away. One thing that was nice was the rooftop jacuzzi and sun beds. Something missing was a nice pool on the property (missing). We stayed here because they allowed dogs for a small surcharge.

Nice Resort Spa! I rented a luxury condo cottage for one night (2 bedrooms) for $493. Beautifully decorated, very modern, great amenities. There's an access to the lake where you can rent boats, nice rooftop spa and all the amenities one would need. So why did I give the resort spa «one» star? Well, GET THIS. At checkin, the lady at the reception advised of the following: -Please verify the room when you arrive to make sure no inventory is missing and advise us immediately so we don't charge you. -Please put your dirty dishes and add soap in the dishwasher before leaving. -There is no free parking but you can park a 5 minute walk from the resort.

So let me get this right! I paid $500 for one night to go relax in a secluded luxury resort AND upon arrival, I am advised I have to walk from the parking, I have to do my dishes and I have to check the inventory. UM, news flash, I'm there to RELAX! To add to the ordeal, there's a nice little note asking to tip the cleaning lady «Linda» for her services. EXCUSE ME? I have to do the dishes and keep the room clean and check for inventory and expected to tip Linda (I thought this was her responsibility).

A hotel is in the détails and these were too much for me and my friends to overlook. At the end of the day, it was too pricy for what it was. For those of you looking for a nice stay, look in the Mont-Tremblant area. For the same price you will have something beautiful with no ask to do the dishes and a...

Never staying here again. They were not accommodating. They only know how to say no.

We stayed for 1 night and left right away in the morning because we would rather be home.

I tried cancelling almost a week in advance due to a family emergency and they asked what my emergency was (none of their business) and when I told them it was clearly not good enough of an emergency.

We then called a day in advance to see if we can check in early and they said it was impossible. I asked if they can call me when my room is ready so I can plan my day but she mentioned that it was too much pressure to put on her coworker..

When we called the next day to see if the room was ready, they said “you didn’t take the early check in” when I called the day before and asked for early check in they said it was impossible.

When we finally checked in they said that when we’re done we have to take out our own garbage.

They then gave us our room key and told us we were in the basement…

We had friends who stayed at the esterel resort and were able to check in early and had nicer and bigger rooms than us for $100 less

Never...

The place is good and a great place to stay, don't get me wrong. But this is not what's expected when a very high premium is payed for this location. Maybe a good place for long stays if you are not charged a fortune. Approximately$400 was charged for 2 nights with single supply of towels, limited parking and you get one if you are lucky, no food, self cleanup! 'This is a condo and not a hotel' is not a valid reasoning, we didn't rent from the owners (like Airbnb where all these reasonigs stand valid), but from a professional agency/brand who manages this. So I strongly believe it's your responsibility to make sure that the guests get what they deserve. ||Tell me one good reason that justifies why someone should rent this place for this rate and not a 4star hotel for a price may be lesser than this. ||The gentleman at the reception deserves special thanks since he went all the way beyond his responsibilities to move his car and help me in getting a parking spot across the road in that winter storm. All the staff were best at their service. Shame on the management to give the employees...
