Bought a brand new trailer from a company and they gave me a great price to remove my old trailer and put in my new one.

Everything was going great till they arrived to remove my old trailer and Vanessa the manager representating parkbridge told us we had to hire her contractor to remove the old trailer witch they wanted triple what the guys i originally paid wanted. Very fishy she was very rude and i really wish i had switch parks i will be next year ended up costing me a fortune to remove my old trailer. And i was on site with the contractors. This lady Vanessa is very friendly with these contractors little come i find out that she gets a kick back and makes side money of these removals from these guy's. Thats why she wanted me to hire her contractor so she can make money on the side i already pay enough for lot fees and i can afford to be taken advantage of my removal was planned and paid. I was excited about staying at my friends cottage. She had invited us up for a couple days to get away from work. Unfortunately she was not able to come up and became ill. However she suggested that we stay as we were on vacation.However the people there were not friendly and treated us like Criminals because we were African Canadians. We were told that the residents pay good money to have peace and quiet and a piece of mind . We were also told that we were not welcome and could not stay. I was thinking about purchasing a cottage but I certainly would not want to be in the presence of racist bigoted small minded people who should be ashamed to call themselves Canadians. Please if you are a visible minority do not even think about purchasing anything from this place or visiting. They will treat you with disrespect and make it a point of degrading you. We basically ran out of there as the scene was starting to look like something out of the kkk. It unbelievable in this day and age that these things are happening...

My family and I have been at Grandview Resort for five years now, and it's the absolute best place we have ever been. It's a Resort all right. Beautiful beach and grounds, fantastic amenities, AMAZING management and team supporting all the residents. It's heaven. Two Pools, basketball, hockey, tennis , volleyball and pickleball courts, mini golf, huge rec hall for all sorts of great events, pool tables, dart boards, hockey tables, a dog park, baseball diamond, and so much more. We absolutely love all the events that are planned by the park and all the residents are so welcoming. It's a true community here at Grandview Resort and we will never leave.
