Stayed 3 nights in Cove 4; cozy, modern rustic one-bedroom cabin that has all you need for a comfortable stay (bring some food to make breakfast, lunch, snacks, etc., as there are no nearby bakery or eateries but you can drive back towards the ferry for options. Bodega Ridge’s restaurant may not be open during the week or some weekends). The cabin’s wood burning fireplace is great (and supplied fire wood) to heat up the sitting area and add ambience. The deep soaker tub also great (could fit two). Nice, large deck to enjoy the outdoors; even in early December we took advantage of it (along with the nice wool blanket). Note that the property itself is not right on the water - the water is across the street, and there is public access down a short trail to get to the water but it is not a beach per se. For that I’d give the property a 4.5 rating, but overall, I’d say 5 stars is nevertheless deserved. Good walking trails nearby, friendly and helpful staff when needed, plus Galiano’s laid back, no traffic, no street lights, non-rushed atmosphere … all contribute to a relaxing getaway. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bodega Cove to anyone looking for a getaway either alone or with a larger group.

Great staying for 3 days and 2 nights! The cabin is comfortable. Beautiful, clean, quite, and very friendly, helpful staff. The shower space is a bit too tiny for ppl who are not skinny thought…it could get quite hot during the day but cooling down during night time. Easy to cook light dishes. Better to bring your own EV charger with an extension cord. They have three Tesla super chargers and one level 2 charger for all the other type EV vehicles at Bodega Ridge, but nothing at the Cove. Depending on if you can bear smell of marijuana, it might be a problem having another cabin very close by when they are smoking in the cabin or on their deck.

The cabins are actually located on the side of the road, and the beach access is on the other side. Not that it’s a busy road or noisy but it’s good to know this, so you don’t feel disappointed. The cabins feel very cozy and are tastefully built. We had a pear tree right next to our bedroom. You’ll see many deers passing by and grazing around the cabins. We even saw orcas in the water passing by in distance. Lovely memory from Galiano island.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at cabin #5 at Bodega Cove with our pup and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality. The cabins provided a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cabins were spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the rustic yet luxurious decor that perfectly complemented the mountain ambiance. The cozy bed ensured a restful night's sleep. Across the street from the cabins, you will find a small spot with a bench to watch the picturesque sunset. Amazing! There was a plum tree outside our cabin - the plums were delicious. One night, we saw two beautiful deers rummaging outside of our cabin - what a true delight! We also had the opportunity to dine at Lola, the restaurant on site, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. It may also be worthy to note that there are multiple free EV chargers on site. I would...

bodega cove is an absolute dream. we flock here to escape, relax, slow down, in the most romantic and serene setting. the cabins are impeccable!! from the skylight you can sprawl out and watch the shooting stars at night put you to sleep instead of staring at a screen. the wood burning stove crackles and keeps you company while you soak in the tub in silence near a stack of books, or playing your favourite music while sipping something delightful from a mug. the lighting makes me want to be a better person. the beds give you a reset from your heart to your spine. there is much beauty to explore on galiano island; my favourite hikes, beaches, views, people. every time i leave a different person. i look forward to returning soon and cannot recommend this...
