Glenwood Inn & Suites — Hotel in Trail

We stayed at the Glenwood for 3 days while visiting family and friends in Trail. It was a very hot day when we got into town but they had the AC running when we arrived and the room was nice and cool. We stayed in a studio suite, which was quite spacious with a sitting area, a desk with a sizeable workspace (which my husband appreciated), loads of storage space, and a very comfortable king bed. The room was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Although it is an older property the inn has been nicely updated and has both an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and exercise room. It is located next to the main highway through town, but as I always wear earplugs when staying at a hotel anyway and my husband can sleep pretty much anywhere, proximity to the road was not an issue and we both slept very well. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which only added to our pleasant stay. We will be going back to Trail once or twice a year to visit loved ones and the Glenwood Inn will be our first choice for...

It was a 1 bedroom "suite". The bed in the main room was barely a double for 2 adults. Bathroom was tiny and there was garbage and empty beer cans outside our room. We asked to borrow a can opener so we could open our dog food but we weren't aloud to use it because he thought we wouldn't bring it back. Location is convenient IF you don't miss it the first time be wise you can't turn around and turn into it as you can only access it from one way on the high way. Pool is only open til 9pm and they said on their website they serve breakfast but when we got there they said they aren't serving due to covid. HELLO! Masks are voluntary in the hospital so you would think hotels could serve breakfast again , well there are! Everything is back to normal so either serve breakfast or take it off your website. Great for short and long stays. Perfect location. Stayed for 4 nights. No road noise in the back room at all. This was my biggest concern. Great WiFi.

Friendly and helpful staff. The pool was clean and the temperature was just right. The Jacuzzi was great also. A bit less hot than most Jacuzzis. 2nd floor Room with the bdrm at the back was quiet (57). Clean, good shower pressure, fresh towels... The shampoo-soap line scent was not my favourite and the soap was a bit drying. Breakfast was good, bread, muffins, scrambled eggs, sausages, apples, yogurt, cereals, OJ...
