Worst Experience Ever – Stay Far Away!
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was going to be a nightmare.
The owner was incredibly rude and uncooperative, making us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. Anytime we asked for assistance, we were met with condescending remarks and zero effort to help.
The property itself was in awful condition. The bathrooms had severe leaks that the owner refused to fix, leading to constant water dripping into the rooms downstairs, making our stay miserable.
On top of that, customer service was a complete joke. We were either ignored or treated with outright disrespect whenever we needed something. And to make things even worse, after we left, we were charged for damages we didn’t cause—likely just a way for them to squeeze more money out of guests.
This place is an absolute disaster. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else—this was by far the worst experience...

Unpleasant Stay – Avoid at All Costs!
If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The owner’s rude and dismissive attitude made us feel unwelcome right from the start, and any requests for help were met with hostility.
To top it off, there was a persistent water leak in the bathroom, and despite bringing it to the owner’s attention, nothing was done. The leak even trickled into the rooms below, making our stay incredibly uncomfortable.
The lack of customer service was shocking. Each time we tried to address an issue, we were either ignored or treated with contempt. On top of everything, we were falsely charged for damages after check-out, even though the property was already in poor condition when we arrived.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience...

Here are a few tips before you book chalet azur
we booked this place and spent a week, nice location, close to mont tremblant national park and Sentier cime, the chalet has its own dock access to the lake with 2 kayaks
the biggest issue with this property is the limitation of water use, since it uses a well reserve system, your consumption of daily water volume is limited, we have 10 adults plus 6 kids, and in a hot summer week, many of us could only shower every 2 days, this is really a lousy chalet experience, in this case, we have to purchase extra water from the supermarket for the cooking and drinking,
so if you plan to book this chalet, better prepare...
