Wawa RV Campground – Cozy Cabin Stop with Hot Showers and Friendly Vibes
We stayed in one of the basic cabins for $50 and found it perfect for a short, no-frills stop. It had a full-size bed and a bunk bed, plus a light and electric outlet—just enough comfort without needing full hookups.
The campground itself was quiet and peaceful, ideal for unwinding after a day on the road. The showers were impressively hot—better than many pricier spots we’ve visited. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Heads-up: the nearby grocery store closes at 6pm, so if you’re rolling in late, Circle K up the road has a surprisingly large ramen selection that came in clutch.

Grounds and facilites are very clean and we had no glitches with hydro or water. Internet didn't work very well but hey...we were there to relax anyway! For someone who stays for several days (like we did) it's a chance to meet lots of friendly and transient campers. Clean grounds and friendly staff. The owner does not put up with crap (she firmly told a few people to slow down while driving in) but I saw that as a good thing. Young lady at the front gate is very welcoming and...
