This was an open chair lift from the 7th Heaven station up to the Horstman Glacier where there are perpetual snows for year round skiing. We went in June 2019, and sure enough there were plenty of kids learning to ski. But the ride up was cold and windy and it started to rain, so go prepared for the coldest weather.
