Residencial Nova Cidade — Hotel in Santo Antão

I normally like to leave positive comments, but the unprofessionalism of the staff put me off today. I was trying to help them by letting them know that their Internet QR code was expired and that they needed to update it. Instead of being polite, they resorted to arguing and raising their voices, especially the one with glasses on—she hears what you don’t tell her and never hears what you’re trying to communicate. Just because the boss is away in Portugal, shouldn’t give them power to act like foolish. Check out the pictures because I’m not the only one with the same perception.

We stayed for one night, during the night there was a lot of noise, men screaming in the corridor. When we paid the next morning there was 500 esc added to the room price. I would recommend finding another place when visiting Porto novo. Especially there are||many other places where people are friendly and don’t rip off. We didn’t experience this anywhere else...
