As a Titanium, we asked for a high floor and nice view, and we were given a large room on the 23rd floor out of 24 floors, with a huge window taking up the whole wall.||Even though the room was nonsmoking, there was a strong smell of smoke especially in the bathroom. The hotel opened our windows for the entire second day, and after, the smell was much improved.||The hotel is new, modern, and clean.||The staff were all very nice.||Breakfast was uncrowded and satisfactory.||Nothing is within walking distance, but there is a large mall with a lot of good restaurants a few minutes away by car, which cost 7 RMB by DiDi or taxi.||The hotel is about 20 minutes by car to the Bazaar, Museum, and Red Hill, and the DiDi...

I stayed two nights in the hotel. The first night I got many bedbug bites on my legs and a few on my arms. I was able to change my room the next night and I didn't get more bites.
The staff apologised for what happened, I got some compensation for the room. However, the staff doesn't believe that I got the bites in their hotel, and the worst thing is that I don't think they took action to solve the bedbug problem.
After two nights, I returned home and the bites got really severe. According to the doctor, they are clearly bedbug bites. I cannot recommend staying at this...
