Reception was friendly though not a lot of English spoken. My room had a desk and lamp and plenty of power points. The bed was king size and firm but the room had no windows. It did mean that there was no traffic noise but it was stuffy and I couldn't get the air conditioning to work. There was Cable TV but I did not try the channels. The shower was good and hot . There was not much hanging space and no fridge in the room. They pointed me to KFC for my daily dose of coffee but there is a coffee shop just next to the hotel and I found a French bakery and coffee shop nearby in the opposite direction to KFC. The private bathroom was good but the drains smelt a bit....

A very average hotel; I have no major complaints. Rooms were spartan but clean. Would have been nice if there was a safety deposit box. Slight smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. but I think this is typical of all Chinese hotels. Location is ok, with many shops around. Room was clean, water pressure was good, house keeping good, bed was hard and wifi was ok if you access China's web site. Google is non existent in China. The location of this hotel is very good. Near to a lot of restaurant with excellent food. The hotel staffs were very efficient, but only for matters related to the hotel. ||Breakfast is located on the 5th floor. Rather basic but adequate. ||Visa and MasterCard are not welcome. American Express ? What? Never heard of it....
