JinJiang International Hotel Urumqi — Hotel in Ürümqi

I must agreed with most of the reviewers that this hotel is grand, cleaned, spacious and with good amenities, and the only complaint I have is why is the hotel doesn’t allow its guests to use the WiFi in room where all visitors to the hotel are allowed ? |The problem is when you tried to log in the in-room WiFi with the given password, there will be another level of authentication that requires you to key in A China Local Mobile Number in order to enjoy the WiFi and being a visitor from overseas where the hell would you have a local China Mobile Nos? This is very unfriendly and I am puzzled why WiFi access is allowed in hotel lobby but not...

I have stayed here for 2 nights. First night was ok however the shower toilet door couldn't close properly so when having shower water flowed through. Then the sink stopper was stuck could not open. On my 2nd night, one of my pillows were taken away not sure why??? Then I wanted to withdraw some money, having read at the hotel website saying there is an atm facility...went to ask the reception...couldn't understand English....OMG!!!..then the other girl said there is no atm here have to go outside??? While the Amenities at this hotel were quite good, the hotel is in quite poor condition and in need of a renovation. As you can see from the pictures below the chairs were scuffed, the ceiling was falling apart, and the furniture Did not meet expectations compared with what I paid for the room. The staff were helpful and accommodating I am location was quite convenient between the airport and train station. If this hotel is to continue to attract top clientele they should invest in sprucing up...
