Had very unpleasant experience in the pool. Guards were very rude and the water isn’t really mineral as claimed. I was amazed by the amenities and room comforts in such a small far away city, that’s where the 4 comes from. Rooms are big and clean but food is mediocre. Great location, can just walk across the street to the plaza and near restaurants. However, inconvenient that personal vehicles can only park at the hotel entrance parking lot.
