This was our first - and last - Aerotel experience. Donât be taken in by the wide corridors, plush carpets, marble staircases and the objet dâart design. The rooms are truly shocking. Essentially long cupboards - ours did not even have a window - cleverly photographed online and in brochures to look habitable. Theyâre not. The bed had only one side so one of you has to climb over the other to get out; the shower occupies half the room and the wash hand basin is in the room. The ânight lightâ is dazzling but - given the absence of a window - essential if youâre getting out of bed. Only opened in 2019 and hardly used because of Covid, the rooms are already beginning to show their age. The âno smokingâ policy is not enforced as the people in the room opposite were smoking. The restaurant is passable - but opened an hour late in the evening - and there is no bar. Only a selection of beers available, no wine or spirits. We wert into the lounge opposite the restaurant after breakfast which has power sockets to catch up on work pre-flight but got kicked out as it was a âpurchase areaâ - even as paying guests we were expected to buy something (at 7am) in order to sit there. We checked at reception and the manager - fluent in English - was called. His response was to say that âin future heâd tell the staff to be âmore attentiveââ - clearly nonsense as he then confirmed that it was hotel policy âunfortunately.â Well âunfortunatelyâ I rate this my second worst hotel experience on TripAdvisor and despite frequent stats at Daxing coming up, they wonât be here. The hotel is incredibly convenient to reach but Iâd go for almost any amount of inconvenience to avoid this truly dreadful place. My guess is that this reflects other AerotelsâŠbut I wonât be...
Read moreOne of the Worst Hotel ExperiencesI stayed at your hotel, and it was truly one of the worst experiences of my life.Purpose of StayThe main reason people choose your hotel is simple: to sleep between flights or to get some rest. Thatâs it. The minimum expectation is to have a quiet room for sleeping, but that expectation was far from met during my stay.Issues Encountered 1. Unpleasant Smell:There was a strong odor coming from the restroom or canalization. It was so bothersome that I couldnât sleep properly, even though moving to the other side of the room helped slightly. 2. Inappropriate Cleaning Schedule:To my shock, your staff started cleaning other rooms at 2 AM. This noise completely ruined my sleep. Despite going out to ask the cleaner to stop, she continued, leaving me frustrated and unable to rest.Management FeedbackThis experience reflects poor management and a lack of consideration for guest needs. Please rethink your policies and prioritize the basic requirements of your...
Read moreAVOID AT ALL COST.||I booked this hotel for my flight next morning. We had to walk in the cold winter evening for 1km to get to the hotel because the road to the hotel was blocked; the public has no access to the parking lot, while the staffs have. We met another lady who took a taxi and also had to walk with all her luggage for 1km.||The hotel manager was absolutely ferocious. When we made the complaint, he told us to stop speaking, and said that many guests have complained before, but it's not their problem. The service was unbelievable. It was rude and unprofessional to the extreme. There was zero warning beforehand that there has to be a 1km walk. My dad is in his 60s and has heart disease, and had to walk all the way there and back in the coldness with 20kg luggage. The hotel showed no signs of being apologetic at all. Absolutely outrageous and horrendous, I would never book again and would discourage anyone...
