Hyatt Place Beijing DaXing — Hotel in Beijing

While the staff service was excellent, there were a few aspects of my stay that left something to be desired.||||On the positive side, the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met, which definitely added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.||||However, I did have some concerns about the cleanliness of the bathroom. Unfortunately, I found that it was not up to the standards that I expect from a hotel of this caliber. While this was disappointing, I was able to bring it to the attention of the staff who promptly addressed the issue.||||Another area that fell a bit short was the breakfast. While there were some good options available, I found that the quality and variety of food on offer could have been better. As breakfast is such an important meal, I was a little disappointed that it didn't quite live up to my expectations.||||Overall, I would say that my stay at the Hyatt Place Da Xing was a decent one. The staff service was definitely a highlight, and I appreciated the efforts they made to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The AC of room I lived in is completely useless, I had to stay in that small, uncomfortable room in 80°F.||Furthermore, the manager and receptionist are WORST staff I've ever seen - as a globalist with benefits of room upgrade, they LIED to me that all suites are booked, after showing them that I can book a suite in Hyatt app, they changed their story to say other floors are out of electricity (stupidest reason huh?)||Don't even let me mention the security/doorman, his bossiness and unreasonableness made me stunned - he acted and treated me like his the one who owned the entire lousy hotel.||What really upsets me is that I paid ¥750/$120 per night for a painful and unforgettable experience, no wonder they describe their hotel as “a lovely place which will give their guests unforgettable experience”.||Overall, if you want to be HUMILIATED by hotel staff, or live in a DUMP with unbearable heat, then WELCOME to this NOTORIOUS...

it was a good place to stay. It is like a new refreshing wine in an old wine skin botte. The property is old and may use some new renovation.||The staff members were friendly and helpful despite our language difficulties. They were patient and understanding. The attend to all our needs and the only one that they were not successful with is the air-conditioning system. They took every complaint seriously and were happy to fix them.||The dining place was not as busy as we had in Shanghai so the management may need to look into that. Overall, it was very good service, and we hope to stay there again...
