Ramada Plaza Hotel — Hotel in Changsha

The front desk, especially the Duty Manager not only not helpful, very inefficient in handling problem and very unfriendly too. I had a booking of 13 rooms, short of 1 room. Taken a long time to give me a room with problem. (No electricity in the morning in the next day.)|I have requested a double room any floor but was told no room is available. And finally given a twin room with problem. Such bad experience I had with hotel and never again to stay here. ...

Stayed here for 1 night. First impression: room was huge, clean. Very nice mattress. Bathroom was quite spacious. We loved the slippers. Wide variety of choices available for Breakfast and food was very good. The gym looked great but unfortunately opened late (9am) so was not able to use.||Rated the hotel 3 because of cleanliness. Room - The room itself is modern and new, a very good size for 2 persons and in good condition.
