A really nice hotel with a beautiful view over the lake. ||The rooms are really large with big picture windows and balcony. The bathrooms are well appointed. ||The chef at this hotel is famous for his fish head soup. This is defenitely a must try in Liyang. They are famous for it and it is delicious and not at all fishy. ||The weather in September was cool and mild. The surrounding countryside is green and nice for walks. ||Make sure you have cash as many places don't take visa, master or Amex. They only accept Alipay and Unionpay. ||Toilets in a lot of the public places are squatting only and they do not have toilet paper - make sure you carry tissues...

This hotel is big one and they have a all standard facilities what one could excpect from this class hotel. ||||Breakfast was traditional Chinese, not so good for my taste (no joghurt, cereals etc.) For drink they only had warm milk, black tea and Sprite!!! Es empfiehlt sich, mit dem Teller einfach in Lobby oder Bar zu flüchten. Personal ist freundlich, spricht aber nur wenig Englisch. Die Zimmer mit Seeblick sind natürlich teurer, aber groß und gut ausgestattet, auch mit Balkon. Da es zu wenig Aufzüge gibt, wartet man morgens ziemlich lange.
