The hotel had originally advertised that they spoke english however upon arrival, we had a lot of trouble checking in because none of the staff seemed to speak english. We had to wait 30minutes for an english speaking staff member. Due to the hotel not being in a great location, we needed to get taxis everywhere however, the hotel said that they couldn't help us get taxis..we had to organize it ourselves and many of the taxi drivers didnt know how to get to the hotel. The rooms were pretty nice and had nice balcony's. The pool was nice so was the spa and the restaurant. The rooms couldve done with more mirrors. The wifi was free but wasn't great. Read moreThis hotel is not in the downtown area but the advantage of the location is that one is less likely to get caught in traffic jams when travelling by car or by bus. The nearest metro station is Gaoxin, which is about 10 minutes walk away. I stayed in a Premier room, which was spacious and clean. Although this was a non-smoking room, I could catch whiffs of stale cigarette smoke. Either the ventilation system is poor, or other guests did not respect the no-smoking rule.
