The hotel was clean and comfortable. With the exception of the front desk staff who were not super helpful the staff was great. Despite the fact that they didn't speak English or other languages well they were always smiling and trying to help in whatever way they could. The bell boy who dropped off the luggage was very excited to try out his limited English and was also very helpful and friendly when asked about surrounding areas. ||I was surprised to find out the water did appear to be rationed. I was taking a shower but the water took a very long time to heat up and by the time I stepped in the water actually shut off entirely less than a minute into the shower. I was told later that was because the water was being rationed. I had no official confirmation that this was the case but that's what I was told by one of the hotel staff in a quick conversation. ||It was also great that it was located directly across from a shopping mall with access to a drug store and a grocery store.||All in all the hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were friendly so it was a good choice for the quick 1 day stop I had...

Considering its service, price, facility, and location, it's a much better choice than JW Marriot, Harbour Plaza, or Intercontinental. The hotel is only 10 to 30 mins to Guan Yin Qiao area (main business, shopping, and dining area) depending on the traffic. The room is spacious and newly decorated.
