Service is good, but the hotel facilities and food is so bad. The hotel breakfast food taste very bad, the toilet in the hotel room is clogged and flooded. Too less shampoo and body soap, door also have a screeching sound when we open or close it. The location do not have any finger food to eat and is very empty outdoors. However, the room service is good as they tried their best to unclog the toilet in the room. Regardless of this, I believe that they must improve the FACILITIES...
