Hilton Chongqing Liangjiang New Area — Hotel in Chongqing

The hotel is very beautiful. However service needs much improvement. When we arrived to the hotel with all of our bags there was a bell boy on the inside and outside. They both looked at us and watched us struggle taking out our bags and on no point did they offer to help us with our bags. We booked a suite in fact we booked one of the most expensive suites in the hotel. While it does come with the executive lounge the hotel has made it where the executive lounge does not serve breakfast. I was shocked to find out that on top of paying for an executive suitweet I Then had to turn around and pay for breakfast. This is not standard in the hotel industry and in my opinion this is a way for the Chinese management To squeeze more money out of their customers. I did feel slightly scammed by this. As the website says that it comes with the second of lounge and in all other hiltons that I've stayed at globally the second of lounge always includes breakfast. The location of the hotel itself is in more of a residential area there are a few shops next to it such as Caribou Coffee however there are no immediate shops that are walking distance. the price that I paid for this room And it does not include Breakfast seems very scamming to me. I could not recommend this hotel to other travelers for this reason and for the lack of service that we received when we arrived at the hotel there are other hotels that are in better locations and when you buy a suite you get breakfast with it. I also wanna point out that I am an honors member And apparently this Hilton has its own special points program and does not participate in the points program that all other Hiltons and people in the IGH group participate in This was a direct quote...
