From the moment that we checked in.. warmed welcome from her we did not catch her name( please check her name ) Chloe, Harry and the staffs at front office are super helpful, help us order foods, give us directions, and being patient towards us as we have so many questions and they tried their best to assist us in anyway thy could. The Technician as well he went out of his way to explained and recommended places to go in the city. Last but not least the housekeeper who I did not manage to get her name but we took a picture with her, our room were cleaned and one day that we soaked my son pants in the bath tub thinking that when we come back we will wash them, to the surprise when we come back to the room, my son pants were washed and were hang nicely to let it dry in the bothroom.

Great business hotel facing Chaotianmen and Yangtze.||Stayed for one night. Although facing the main road, the windows were pretty sound-proof. The bed and pillows were fantastic for me, who suffered from stiff neck and shoulder. The room is very clean and ventilation excellent. It is also spacious, slightly bigger than the IHG HI express hotels that I have been to. I understand the hotel was recently renovated.||Outside the hotel, one can have a morning or sundown jog along the riverside.||Entry to the second floor lobby is via the glass lift accessible from street level.||This hotel is recommended for those who have reasons to be on this side of the river. My daughter and I had a great 2-night stay here. She was very pleased when she saw the room. Frankly, the room far exceeded my own expectations. And the location too. At the end of our stay we both agreed the location was fantastic. We were away from the very crowded Hongyadong and Jiefangbei area. But a step outside the hotel meant we could stroll along the river and the view opposite is beautiful.
