Niccolo Chongqing — Hotel in Chongqing

Location, cleanliness, accommodation, all good. But what a poor service, far from a hotel on this level. Since the check in, a very poor English from the staff, impossible to communicate. Also, every request that I had, delayed hours. I asked for a simple cup of milk at the room and until now I’m waiting. Also, at the breakfast, the service is even more poor. Nobody to explain, nobody to attend, a simple order as a pancake delayed an hour almost, I had to call someone to ask. Nobody cares. Hotel staffs are extremely helpful. I lost my phone and I thought I lost it in the hotel. The manager Zoey and my butler Freya helped in all different ways and couldn't find it before I left the Hotel. Then I remember I might have left it in one of the stores I visited down stairs, and Zoey was able to contact the store and actually found my phone! She then couriered it to me. Chongqing Niccolo is one of the best hotel I have been in China . The room was clean and spacious. The view was impeccable. The breakfast was 10/10. The juice is 100% freshly squeezed daily. The location of the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, lots of high end shopping boutiques. Overall I would give my short vacation a 10/10 and highly recommended.
