Experience at the Feast for breakfast buffet, In Room dining services and the Lounge Bar were pretty bad.
The breakfast crew was understaffed and not much attention was paid to address the needs as simple as a coffee for the dining guest.
On a day where I only needed a coffee due to rush for time I was told that coffee was not available for a la carte order from the Feast cafe but I had to improvise and get in room dining to deliver it to the lobby. It did not make sense.
The In Room dining menu was ill stocked as I had to go through many food and drink items before I could get what was available.
Lastly the staff at the Lounge couldn't prepare my drink (lemon tea) properly and did not know how to charge a bill to a MasterCard. I had to follow him to the lobby to settle my bill and even had to ask many times for receipt, and only ended up with a photocopy as there's some weird rule that the customer doesn't get any copy of the receipt.
There was also not much recognition of membership status in this hotel, quite different from what I have observed in others.
It is indeed the worst experience so far I have had in a Sheraton. Thanks for...

Right next to the hotel is a popular mall that offers many different restaurant options and also cafes and a supermarket.Cons: If you have been to China before, you would know that many places in China allow smoking inside. This hotel is no exception. At the elevator area on each floor, the hotel kindly placed cigarette ashtrays and smokers smoke there since they probably cant smoke in their rooms. Because of this, even though I had a non-smoking room, my room was easily filled with smoking smell nearly every day. As a non-smoker, the smoking policy from (supposely) a 5-star luxury hotel was a big disappointment :-(. I sincerely hope that the hotel management changes the policy and stop allowing smoking anywhere in the hotel. Some reception staffs did not speak much English but it was not big of a deal as I could get by with Google translate. Heater and AC did not provide quick heating/cooling...
Read moreI would undoubtedly give zero stars if I could. Booked my room via Marriott Bonboy for a non smoking room. I was assigned to a smoking room that smelled of cigarette smoke when I checked in. The air conditioner was not working even after two technicians tried to repair it. Room temperature stayed at 24.5 degrees. The technician even resorted to leaving the window open in the middle of a thunderstorm because of how hot it was in the room.||There was a power outage at 9:48pm while I was in the middle of taking a shower, forcing me to finish in total darkness. After turning on my cellphone’s flash light, I saw that the water in the bathtub was a putrid and ghastly yellow color when I was trying to wash my clothes. I showered myself just moments ago with that same dirty water!!! I tried to talk to the hotel management and left my phone number but there were no returning phone...
