My family is currently living in Guangzhou. We have been looking for a hotel or a resort to enjoy weekends or holidays nearby my place. So far, I can tell we have visited many of family-friendly hotels in a reasonable room rate. This hotel was perfect for family travelers. First of all, the room was decorated with kids lovers characters and even a double deck bed. When we entered the room, my kids found a tent and the bed, they got excited and played some toys and blocks. Later then, we visited hot springs. These are all private. It will be good with little kids. It will be good even in winter. As I posted some pictures, the hotel looks like the resort located in Southern east countries. The next day, we took a kid train traveling around the hotel. It took 15 mins. The playground is not fancy and clean but it is fine to spend another 30 min out of the hotel. The restaurant was not crowed, it is pretty small though. I strongly...
Read moreAfter a working day, I arrived at this hotel, the service was very attentive, caring from check-in to check-out, very professional staff work at the reception. The room was clean, comfortable, free of odors and noises. But I want to pay special attention to the bed, the bed, pillows and blanket were so soft and pleasant as a cloud that I quickly fell asleep and slept like a child. The breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed a lot of different food options . Then to cheer up, I went for a swim in the pool, outdoors with stunning views of the garden, and then to warm up I went to the hot springs, it was bliss, amazing and soothing atmosphere. It was an unforgettable experience to relax body and soul. I will certainly come many more times. Highly...

The only negative I can think of was how most of the staff at Reception did not speak English. There is 1 or 2 that managed to communicate with us in English. The restaurants too, had no one that could converse in English. I know this is China, but because this is a hospitality business you would expect more staff that could communicate with foreigners - basically English, French or Spanish. That is just my suggestion, in order to cater to more tourists or foreign visitors and elevate service above other hotels.||I found though that this is not uncommon with...
