sizable rooms, free wifi, good price, teli above bath||||Staff don't speak English too well failed to understand us most of the time. Breakfast restaurant staff are not trained properly, for example are you not supposed to inform me before you turn off the lights when i am still having my breakie? When i asked for a tea and you said ok are you not supposed to bring me the tea before doing the next job? after half an hour when i realised i had no tea, i was told by another staff that the chap who was serving me had gone to his another job! The carpet in my room is extremely dirty. Bathrobes and towels are made of chemical/ plastic materials instead pure cotton. The cards to the lifts are not working half of the time when we were there||||All this is not good but i can put up with it. What is unbearable is that they have such poor insulation that you can hear everything happening down in the street. If you think that you want to treat yourself well with a premium suite (our room was the second best), think again. All suite rooms are on the busy main roads. It's so noisy that drove me completely mad. You might as well take a cheaper room. They are on...
Read moreLocation: Situated near several mini shopping malls, offering a plethora of shopping, dining, and beverage options. I Would suggest going to Shanghai (something) if you want to get your clothes washed. You can pick it up the next day. (Make a left when you walk out of the hotel, keep walking until you see a bank and turn left. It has a blue sign). Much cheaper compared to the hotel. There's a nail salon, spa place, and massage within 5 minutes of walking (also walk left when you come out of the hotel, make a left again)Cleanliness: We encountered no cleanliness issues during our stay.Service: The front desk staff was notably friendly and helpful.Facilities: The hotel boasts an array of facilities including a swimming pool, gym, outdoor garden, Japanese restaurant, Chinese restaurant, buffet area, and spa. While there have been recent changes such as a rotation of dim sum and buffet options, and a downsizing of the buffet, our overall experience was quite satisfactory. This hotel has been our go-to choice whenever we...
Read moreGenerally, it's a OK hotel for long stay whatever outer traffic or inner facility. However, issue same as Houjie one, the poor internet and penurious breakfast. The internet is truly "intermittent" and like a slow tortoise. I experienced that it took me over 10min (connect & disconnect) to just make a 2min Skype call. Besides, the breakfast is really soso. To compare with 1st floor Guandong early restaurant, obviously, 2nd floor (cafeteria restaurant) lose far away. I am curious why the stay-customer cannot have breakfast in 1st floor!? Finally, check-in service (information delivering) and efficiency, the reception staff asked me when I book the hotel because he couldn't find my room reservation. I told him, it was a difficult question for me, either. I provided my member card, supposedly you should find my reservation. the dialog also took me 10min then...
