Haiyatt Garden Hotel Chang An — Hotel in Dongguan

Big nose businessmen will like this hotel as well as chinese people do. Highly professional staff at the front desk speaks good english, knows any peace of advice and works quickly, friendly and efficiently. Rooms are very clean, well kept, spacy, good matraces and blankets, excellent towels. AC works without a lot of noise. Excellent sound insulation against road noise, but poor insulation against noise in the aisle. Free Wifi works not too bad, if not overcrowded - with a lot of folks trying to surf at the same time, it becomes slow and unstable. Excellent chinese restaurant, but rather expensive.||As we had little time, I did not visit the spa, KTV, japanese restaurant, fitness room, pool, tennis court, - maybe next time.||Shopping center with a lot of really good restaurants in a walking distance (550m).||Area seems to be secure, we never had any problem. Easy access from airports of Shenzhen or Guangzhou (to CAN a taxi would cost about 600 RMB, told the staff of the front desk, but a supplier drove us until there)||All in all I can highly recommend...

If you are doing business in Dongguan and you are from USA or Canada this hotel is the only choice for you. Great location to visit local factories, close to shopping and restaurants and entertainment. There is even a KTV right behind the Hotel :)||The rooms are very spacious and the hotel has a great pool and exercise room. You have to visit the 2nd floor spa and get a foot massage, it is simply the best. The food in the restaurant is very good, breakfast and dinner were both amazing. If you can get an upgrade room on the corner. Great views and the room is huge! You will find the staff very friendly and allot of them speak enough English to understand...

I stayed here for one night recently on a business trip. Great value for money hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with plenty of amenities, quiet and within walking distance to the local mall. Staff very helpful and friendly.||Tried the breakfast buffet but my only comment is that the food on offer was not particularly broad, in terms of Western food selection. No cheese board, sparse amount of fresh fruit available, hot breakfast not enticing at all. Other than that, I would choose to...
