Huimei Dongguan — Hotel in Dongguan

The location is great, centrally located in the town and fair distance to the CP train station. Shopping centers restaurants and foot massage parlors are within walking distance.The discount rooms are renovated later than other rooms so they are in better condition. I personally stayed in other rooms of this hotel before so I have such a comment.The floor I stayed has a laundry room, and free laundry with dryers are available free for in house guests. Other than a pool hall and a karaoke bar, there is also a direct cross border bus service counter to HK, Macau Zhuhai and the SZ airport, so super convenient if you are flying after your stay. Last but not least, the hotel offers a late check out until 1400 to all guests, no need to request. I would say it is value for money as it is only a local star...

The hotel is well located at Changping city center in Dongguan. It provided all basic amenities and is clean. However, I was disappointed that the windows could not open. There is still lingering smell of smoke in the room dispute it is supposed to be a non-smoking room in a non-smoking floor. Suggestions for improvement when your hotel is up for renovation: 1. Make windows that can be open for better ventilation. 2. Remove all carpets from all rooms so it is more sanitary and easier to keep clean. The carpets has many stain in them and emits odour. The receptionists are helpful and friendly. The hotel is good value. Water pressure is good for shower.
