Staying here as a foreigner is reducing your struggle by 50%. Especially Indians.

Food: Good quality breakfast with Indian vegetarian options. There is a 7 eleven store the ground floor on exit side of hotel. You can get some basic supplies from there. BKC Indian restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel, Same person owns a restaurant named The Rasoda less than 1 km far Near by there is a street with at least 5-6 Indian restaurants including Punjabi and South Indian.

Staff: Very good and supportive, I had some health issue one day and the girl at reception helped me with ordering medicine and helping me with hospital address

They hardly speak English. Even the TV is in Chinese. You cannot cast your device. The floor was dirty. Had nails and hair. I was in the room when room service came, she did not change my sheets or broom the floor. I went to the reception and requested. They confirmed that they would. I returned and it was still not done.
