From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that truly set the tone for a memorable visit. One aspect of my stay that particularly impressed me was the hotel's commitment to ensuring effective communication despite language differences. While it's true that most of the staff members don't speak English fluently, I was delighted to find that they seamlessly utilized translation apps to bridge any language barriers. This proactive approach made it incredibly easy to communicate and interact with the staff, enhancing the overall guest experience significantly. Additionally, I would like to commend Manager Sheron for her outstanding service and assistance throughout my stay. Her guidance on exploring Foshan and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction truly exemplify the high standards upheld by your establishment. Unlike many others, Sheron stood out for her fluency in English. Her proficiency greatly facilitated communication and enhanced the overall guest experience. Adjacent to the hotel lies a bustling shopping mall, offering a plethora of dining options ranging from affordable eateries to upscale restaurants, catering to diverse palates. Additionally, the mall boasts convenient amenities such as a supermarket for everyday essentials, a barber shop for grooming needs, and an array of clothing stores for fashion enthusiasts to explore. Whether indulging in a delicious meal, stocking up on groceries, or enjoying a shopping spree, the mall provides a vibrant and convenient hub for guests to immerse themselves in a variety of experiences. Overall, my stay at your hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the prime location, dedicated staff, and innovative approach to overcoming language barriers.

What I disliked · While my overall experience was positive, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the breakfast offerings. While I found the breakfast to be satisfactory, I couldn't help but notice that the selection seemed to be repetitive, with similar options available each day. Considering that I stayed with you for 15 out of 30 days in a month, having a more diverse range of meals to choose from would have been greatly appreciated. Perhaps incorporating some variety into the breakfast menu, with rotating dishes or themed days, could enhance the dining experience for guests staying for an extended duration. I believe that by diversifying the breakfast offerings, you can further elevate the overall guest experience and cater to the varying preferences of long-term guests like myself. If you are looking for something value-for-money, this will be a very good option. Location is very convenient: if you come from the Guangzhou South Station, you take the No.2 Line to Foshan and it’s just a stone’s throw from Exit C of Kuiqi 1st Road Station. Line 2 is well connected with the subway system: easy to go to most places in Foshan.||The room was in good size. Shower was good and it’s quiet and comfortable. Very happy with what I paid for.||Holiday Inn Express offers free breakfast. It’s a good spread: enough to choose. Again, I was happy.||It’s a HI Express. So, it’s very basic. But with a comfortable room in a great location, what else would you ask for.||There’s a big shopping mall right next to the hotel. Many restaurants and shops.||The only downside is that its ground floor entrance is probably too low-key.
