Probably the worst Ramada in the world. No standards of Wyndham are followed here. Its been a torture to stay here right from checkin to checkout. Wish I could change the hotel but could not since it was prepaid and the hotel did not accept cancellation after checkin. No English speaking staff during checkin. They have a room called Superior King Room which does not have any windows. Imagine living in a dungeon. I stayed for 8 nights and requested the hotel to atleast give me a room change for a couple of days which have windows. They flatly refused. The rooms are poorly designed. There is a blue light from the built in usb charger socket on the bedside which will not allow you to sleep. I had to finally tape it off. The bathrooms frequently lose hot water temperature while bathing. The breakfast buffet is more targeted towards the domestic traveller. Very little choice of any western food. For the first 5 days they did not keep the mandatory bread toaster on the buffet. Its only when the hotel was full of groups that the toaster was kept. The choice of bread is the worst I have seen in any five star hotel. The housekeeping does not replace toiletries and I had to call them everynight after returning from work to refill the toiletries. Also the location is not very good and there are better local hotels to stay. Eating out choices in the locality is limited to only local food. Western travellers will find it extremely...
