Yantai Hua'an International Hotel — Hotel in Fulaishan

This is a really good location, and the photo ops from our room on the 25th floor provided sweeping views of the Ping An International Finance Center, the 4th tallest building in the world. But that is not why I am writing this review. I want to tout my visit to Jing'e spa on the 4th floor of the Dongman shopping center where H&M and Gu are located. I had the most amazing scalp, neck, shoulder and upper back water massage, including hair wash and dry for only 30 USD! Even a surprise ear cleaning was included. I wish I could provide the website or more info, but alas, I did not get their business card. If you ever find find yourself in Shenzhen, hunt this place down!!! I give it 5 Stars and two thumbs up!!!...

Stayed in this hotel last time for one month...rooms are ok, staff try to do their best. Dinner is not that good, to much focussed on asians not europeans. ||||The hotel is remote and far away from the down town area in the new industrial area where shopping malls etc are based.. The old down is approx 20 minutes by taxi.||||In winter time to hotel is nearly empty and in in summer time loads of Koreans are present to play golf on the course nearby.||||Nice to walk over the new boulevard toward DSSC shipyard. Only in summer...

When I checked-in, staffs said that there wasn't my name on their lists and kept asking this is the hotel I booked. I had to wait for about 30 mins. which is fine by me. but at least I expected an apology from any hotel staff. They just said that they found my name finally and gave a card key. I demanded an explanation about what happened. One staff tried to explain to me, and suddenly her senior talked to her in Chineses and she suddenly stop talking. seriously? is this attitude of 4-star...
