Wanda Realm GZ opened in mid 2019 located in Sunac Resort Complex. The shopping mall is just 5 minutes walk. Inside the Sunac Resort Complex, they had the indoor ski resort & the water fun world.||The breakfast had a wide ranges of dishes. 首晚入住，电视机不时出现“信号弱”的提示无法观看，空调也一直不冷不热的，工程部师傅上来修了两次也修得不痛不痒的，想着早点睡觉算了。怎知道漫漫长夜就这样开始了——蚊子、非常多的蚊子，上半夜一直嗡嗡嗡，房间内的小蚊香根本起不到作用。此外是空调一直不凉，尽管空调温度调到18度、风量调到最大，但直至凌晨3点，房间温度只下降了一度（24度）。凌晨4时，在海量的蚊怕水和无比滴的帮助下，我和女儿终于入睡。第二天，我和前台抱怨蚊子很多，看看她们能有什么解决方法，她只是淡然地说这个天气是蚊子多的，提醒我们不要开阳台门（实际上我只开过30秒）。入住首晚开局不太好，可以说是非常糟糕，直至，我到了全日餐厅吃早餐，完全扭转了我对酒店的观感，也可说是挽救了我的旅程，从地狱到天堂的感觉。从服务员到经理、厨师，全都亲切有礼，切实解决客人的需要，我只淡淡地和先生抱怨炒牛河凉了，旁边听到的厨师说：不好意思，我们去翻炒一下。10分钟后，一碟充满锅气的牛河就摆在我面前了。食物的质素也甚有惊喜，牛角包并非星级酒店常用的冷冻货，松、酥、脆，和我们平时吃的朴门牛角包水平相当。牛肉面也绝不欺场，面质筋度、口感控制得刚刚好，汤底吃得出是经过精心熬制的牛肉汤，配上辣椒油和芫茜，在加点牛腩汁，就更上层楼。餐厅经理Ling，了解到我们首晚的入住经历后，来回奔走为我们解决问题，弥补了前台姐姐的冷漠。非常感谢全日餐厅的各...
