I have been to many hotels around China but the Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Huadu is by far the best experience I had so far.

It all starts with the friendly greeting during my arrival. I appreciated the great service provided by the following concierges that I had contact with during my stay always giving me friendly welcomes. Kevin, Paul, Yomi, Dennis, and Wayne.

The front desk staff was also very helpful in providing me with all my needs. Every time I walk by to go to the garden cafe they all give a nice smile and hello. I'd like to thank the whole front desk team on such a wonderful service led by Rachel N.

Coco Z. was able to help get all my paperwork taken care of in a very efficient manner. There were no delays and I feel like a VIP every time I visit. Excellent customer service.

Sales manager Amy W. was very helpful in showing us around the hotel. She gave myself and my coworkers a warm welcome.

The garden cafe was always on point. Great place to eat breakfast lunch and dinner. The food is fresh with a variety of selections and they have great mango juice. Tables are neat and always clean. Tara the manager and her team there has done a great job.
