De Sense Hotel Guangdong — Hotel in Guangzhou City

This is a new hotel and in the recent past I was looking for new hotel in Guangzhou around this neighborhood. I got the address from the airport reservation office. The airport office first told me that the hotel gives free transportation but they denied later when I already made the payment. The payment had to be cash since their card punching machine did not work (!).||||In the hotel, the staff were nice and trying to help in every way they can. Yet they could not help much as they were very poorly trained. The concierge staff did not know the city and could not give any address translated. The room was specious and clean and functional. Functional because everything was new. The buffet breakfast was good and of western standard.||||The crowd was very low making the hotel rather dull for its size when I was there on 23rd of September. Stay here 1 night during my tour, room is ok, quite comfy and clean. The only thing which I do not like is I still can smell the cigarette smoke in the room. Did this hotel separate smoking floor and non smoking floor? Breakfast choice is western and Chinese style. Front desk service is slow when...
