Panyu Hotel — Hotel in Guangzhou City

We were skeptical about the hotel as an agent had booked it for us. To our surprise it was a great stay! |As we went for work, we didn't get enough time to explore the hotel and enjoy all it had to offer but none the less the stay was good. Big spacious rooms and bathrooms, very helpful and courteous English speaking staff(which in China is very important). The hotel standards were great including room and bathroom amenities. Location is good too, with a mall across and many good restaurants in walking distance. There is also a convenient store in the complex and Starbucks which made mornings great! Very pleased. Would recommend people visiting Guangzhou...

Das Hotel ist ein guter Tipp, wenn man in Panyu eine Bleibe für ein paar Tage sucht. Gerade wenn man als Europäer unterwegs ist, wird man sicher über die vielen Standards dort im Hotel erfreut sein. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich schick und kann durchaus als gehoben bezeichnet werden. Stellenweise ist es schon etwas dekadent, wenn man 3 Telefone auf dem Zimmer findet und 2 Fernseher (1x im Schlafzimmer, 1x im Bad) hat. Brauchen wird man das vermutlich nicht, es zeigt aber, dass man dort im Prinzip sehr darum bemüht ist, um es einem in allen Belangen recht zu machen. ||||Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Schlafen konnte man somit auch sehr gut.||||Wifi-Verbindung war stabil, wenn auch zeitweise etwas langsam.||||Über das Frühstück im Hotel konnte man auch nicht klagen. Es gab eine große Auswahl, so dass auf jeden Fall für jeden etwas dabei ist. ||||Etwas Abstriche gibt es meinerseits für 2-3 kleine Dinge:||- abends alle Lichter im Zimmer auszuschalten, entwickelte sich zum kleinen Ritual. Die Suche nach den Schaltern war etwas nervtötend. Einfacher wäre es gewesen, die Zimmerkarte aus dem Slot zu ziehen, dann hätte man aber im Bedarfsfalle nachts Probleme gehabt, mal wieder das Licht einzuschalten. Ein zentraler Schalter neben dem Bett hätte mich sehr erfreut.||||- Die Klimaanlage war gelegentlich etwas laut bzw. störte beim Einschlafen. Ich hatte sie daher bei Bedarf auch mal komplett ausgeschaltet. Im April war das zumindest kein Problem. Wie es zu anderen Jahreszeiten aussieht kann ich leider nicht beurteilen.||||- Eine Ersatzrolle für das Klopapier sucht man auch vergebens. Diese wird vermutlich nur vom Servicepersonal (hoffentlich vor Erreichen des letzten Blattes) ausgetauscht.||||Dennoch blieb ein deutlich positiver Eindruck zurück. Ich würde das Hotel...
